annica4889smAnnica Rose, a 40 yr veteran of yoga and eastern philosophy, has several decades of clinical experience working with students who are living with arthritis and osteoporosis. Her experience in women's health, cardiology, orthopedics and geriatrics cultivated and refined her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and had contributed to her ability to provide a solid foundation fr integrated body-mind awareness and therapeutic techniques. Her attentiveness to the unique needs of every student helps people of varying abilities to improve balance, flexibility and function. She continues her studies with the Eight Limbs of Yoga, to help her with her own special needs and provides the foundation for her life's work.
